CAMPUS CRIME STATISTICS:

Include any building or property owned or controlled by the school within the same reasonably contiguous geographic area of the school and used by the school in direct support of, or in a manner related to, the school’s educational purposes, including residence halls. CAMPUS CRIME STATISTICS also include property within the same reasonably contiguous geographic areas of the school that is owned by the school or controlled by another person, is used by students, and supports school purposes (such as food or other retail vendor).

NON-CAMPUS BUILDING OR PROPERTY:

Includes any building or property owned or controlled by a student organization recognized by the school and any building or property (other than branch campus) owned or controlled by the school that is used in direct support of, or in relation to, the school’s educational purposes, is used by students.

PUBLIC PROPERTY:

Within the same reasonably contiguous geographic area of the school, such as a sidewalk, street, other thoroughfare, or parking facility, and is adjacent to a facility owned or controlled by the
school if the facility is used by the school in direct support of, or in a manner related to the school’s educational purposes.
